Reimbursements - Directors and Officers

No reimbursement shall be made to any Officer or Director of Artistic Solutions, Incorporated (ASI), which has not been approved by at least two (2) other Directors and/or Officers.  The check for such reimbursements shall be signed by an Officer or Director who is not the Officer or Director being reimbursed.

In addition, all other usual ASI policies regarding reimbursements shall apply.
